Technical and legal information: land registry records, floor plans, energy certifications, and identification documents (required to comply with legal requirements during the sale and purchase process).
Communications: chat history (WhatsApp), emails, and requests submitted via web forms.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

We process data for the following purposes:

Execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures: Management of inquiries, property viewings, appraisals, and brokerage assignments. (Legal basis: Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Legal obligations: In particular, for anti-money laundering regulations and tax/accounting obligations. (Legal basis: Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
Marketing and Newsletter: Sending targeted real estate offers with the User's explicit consent. (Legal basis: Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Legitimate interest: Site security and legal defense. (Legal basis: Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Communication via WhatsApp/Telegram

Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. 6. Data Transfer Outside the EU

Data is stored on servers located within the European Union. Contractual data: for 10 years from the end of the relationship (limitation period).
Anti-Money Laundering Documentation: according to the timeframes established by current legislation (10 years).
Marketing data: until the User withdraws consent.
Candidate data (employment): for a maximum of 12 months from receipt of the CV.

8. Rights of the interested party
